1. Booking and Payment:

    • Enquiries can be made through our website or by email or phone.
    • To confirm arrangements, the party leader must pay 100% of the total amount at least 1 week prior to arrival for accommodation or 24 hours prior to trips.
    • Confirmation of payment must be sent within 24 hours.
    • Payment must be received within two days; otherwise, the booking will be canceled.
    • Discounts of 17% are available for direct bookings of accommodation.
    • Payment can be made through bank transfer or WSPay.

  2. Privacy Policy:

    • Only essential guest information is collected.
    • Guests are informed about information collection and have a choice regarding their data.
    • Information provided is kept confidential and accessible only to authorized employees.
    • Employees and business partners are required to respect the privacy policy.

  3. Tourist Tax:

    • Guests are required to pay tourist tax upon arrival, which is included in the accommodation price.

  4. Additional Services:

    • Additional services should be arranged prior to or immediately after booking.
    • Payment for additional services is typically made on-site.
    • Prices of additional services may change, and guests have the right to cancel reserved additional services in case of price changes.

  5. Environment:

    • Nostra Tours is not responsible for any building or road works near the property.

  6. Luggage:

    • Nostra Tours is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen luggage in the accommodation unit or during the trip.

  7. Cancellation and Amendments Policy:

    • Cancellations or amendments can be made by email.
    • Cancellations take effect from the date received.
    • Cancellations must be made by the party leader.
    • Name changes, date changes, or changes in the number of travelers are free of charge.
    • Late cancellations may result in the loss of the total payment.
    • No refund is possible for bookings made under special offers.
    • In exceptional cases, a partial refund may be granted by Nostra Tours.

  8. Responsibilities:

    • Nostra Tours is responsible for managing services and protecting the interests of guests.
    • Guests must carry valid travel documents, follow regulations, and respect house rules.
    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused due to recklessness or poor behavior.

  9. Insurance:

    • It is strongly recommended to have personal travel insurance for all party members.
    • Insurance should cover booking cancellations.

  10. Complaints Resolution:

    • Problems or objections must be reported immediately to Nostra Tours.
    • Failure to report complaints may result in a limited ability to investigate or rectify the issue.
    • Nostra Tours will handle objective and justified complaints and may not be able to assist with unsubstantiated complaints.

  11. Jurisdiction:

    • If a guest is not satisfied with the complaint resolution, legal proceedings can be initiated at the Commercial Court in Zadar.

  12. Copyright and Authorization:

    • Nostra Tours owns exclusive rights to some photographs on the website.
    • Texts on the website are copyrighted and should not be copied or published without authorization.
