NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS
In accordance with Article 6, Point 3 of the Law on the Provision of Tourism Services (“Official Gazette,” no. 130/17), we inform consumers that complaints regarding the quality of our services can be submitted within a period of 8 days from the completion of the trip, in written form, at our business premises. Upon receipt of such complaint, we will promptly acknowledge its receipt in writing.
Complaints can also be submitted by mail to the following address: Nostra Tours Ltd., Tourist Agency, Gospina 5, 22300 Knin, Croatia, or by email to: email@example.com. We will provide a written response to the consumer’s complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt.
