TRAVEL INSURANCE NOTICE

In accordance with the Law on the Provision of Tourism Services, agency employees are obligated to offer the traveler a package of travel insurance consisting of voluntary health insurance during their stay abroad, accident insurance, luggage insurance, and travel cancellation insurance. I confirm that I have read the mentioned information about travel health insurance policy, as well as all travel conditions, useful information related to visas for which the traveler is solely responsible, and payment details.

IMPORTANT! A special surcharge is required for individuals over 65 years old.

Travel insurance
By accepting this statement, the traveler confirms that they have been recommended and offered the package of travel insurance mentioned in the previous section. If the traveler requires the mentioned insurances, they can be directly arranged with one of the insurance companies.

Travel cancellation insurance
If, during the travel registration, the traveler anticipates that they may need to cancel the trip due to certain situations, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Travel cancellation insurance cannot be purchased later but only during the travel registration within 72 hours after paying the first installment of the trip. Travel cancellation insurance is valid only in the following cases, with a mandatory written confirmation: military call-up, illness, death in the immediate family. If the traveler does not have purchased cancellation insurance but needs to cancel the trip and has a confirmation of military call-up, illness, or death, NOSTRA TOURS reserves the right to make payments according to the rules stated in Article 8 of the General Travel Conditions. In the event of trip cancellation, the cost of visa acquisition is not reimbursed if the traveler has purchased cancellation insurance. By purchasing travel cancellation insurance, the traveler transfers all their claims to the insurance company whose cancellation insurance policy they possess, and NOSTRA TOURS undertakes to provide the traveler with all the necessary documentation to assert their claims against the insurance company related to the arrangement. All cancellation conditions are specified in the insurance policy, and we recommend that every traveler read them personally.
